ABC News
Highlights include reporting, producing, and hosting a two-part special series for ABC’s daily news podcast, Start Here, about the growth of drug-induced homicide laws, which allow for criminal charges after an overdose death. Also wrote and produced several narrative series, which reached the top of podcast charts, including: Bad Rap: The Case Against Diddy, What Happened to Holly Bobo?, and Cold-Blooded: Mystery in Alaska.

At Pushkin/Transmitter Media, highlights included writing and producing two seasons of the award-winning investigative podcast, The Heist and writing and producing shows for TED like Good Sport and WorkLife with Adam Grant. As a freelance producer, I also worked on NPR’s daily news podcast, The Indicator and The Financial Times’ Tech Tonic.
Freelance Reporting
I reported stories for NPR regularly from 2020 through 2023, covering NYC’s recovery from the pandemic and other topics for Morning Edition and All Things Considered. Highlights include stories on gay bars helping fight monkeypox, the return of the Pride parade, a profile on a Russian restaurant as the war in Ukraine began, the reopening of Coney Island amusement parks, a story for The Indicator podcast about Internet monopolies, and many stories about the struggles of small businesses.
